It took me forever to get them to even explain to me what terms they thought I had violated, and would not listen to why I thought it was an error. But, contacting them did absolutely no good. The page said to contact them if I believed my account was closed in error, which it was. Because my mom also has a CouponCabin account, they permanently deleted my account, which I only found out they had done when I tried to log in. I shopped through CouponCabin on my phone, and then I logged into my account to check the status of my purchase on my computer when I was at my mom's house. That being said, their system is set up poorly and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Clearly their "security" system is not very accurate yet to them you are not just guilty until proven innocent, you are GUILTY WITHOUT even the chance to prove innocence! I have heard they even threaten lawsuits against you. Meanwhile their customer service is non existent, just one person that emails you copy and paste answers in the rudest way possible.

To treat a loyal customer like this, who had been nothing but free advertising for them, is just shocking. It's not even the money, it's the principle at this point. They also closed my GF's account and removed $75 she had earned as well! Never in my life have i been so insulted or treated this way by any company. they won't even hear you out they just say your account is closed and they take all the money that was in your account. but somehow this was fraud according to CC. i assume its b/c i logged into my GF's account at my house as well, but we don't even live together and she has her own account. and then suddenly they closed my account and basically accused me of fraud, said I severely violated their terms of use but would not tell me how. I had well over $100 in my account, I would refer everyone to use CC. I am having huge issues with coupon cabin too.
